Description
Festive Fused Glass 2026. It is the season to sparkle!
Festive and Forever Circles: Half day 3 hour workshop – £75.
In the fused circles workshop you will make two decorative circular pieces of glass art which can be displayed in an oak stand. One glass circle can be a Christmas inspired design and brought out every year with your Christmas decorations, and your second circle will be your “forever” circle, suitable for all year round. There are no rules though! You can decorate your two circles as you wish, and extra stands are available to purchase.
In the studio you will have access to an exciting range of top quality materials and equipment; coloured frit powders, jewels, stringers, confetti, millefiori, bubble powder, metal inclusions, sparkly glitter flakes, and stencils to create patterns and designs. This class involves cutting a glass circle. Help and support is offered to help you achieve this.
This workshop is ideal for those who want to create two beautiful decorative pieces of glasswork.
What will I make?
- Two pieces of circular fused glass artwork (diameter – 15cm)
What is included?

I offer these workshops to individuals and private groups, they are designed for art and craft lovers, beginners or experienced crafters, and for those who simply want to enjoy a creative day out. The workshops have proved popular with mothers and daughters, couples, families and friends who wish to spend some quality creative time together. Lots of participants come on their own and enjoy meeting friendly, new people.
The workshops are run from my light and airy studio on Thornber Business Park in the rural setting of Cragg Vale, Mytholmroyd, the neighbouring town to Hebden Bridge in Calderdale, West Yorkshire. The Calder Valley is a great place to visit or to stay for the weekend. Hebden Bridge is a quirky town filled with independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is well known for its exciting art, craft and alternative music scene. It is also a great place if you enjoy nature, walking and exploring the countryside.
